Mizoram Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla met the AIFF Elite Academy U-19 Boys

The AIFF Elite Academy Under-19 boys, who are currently training in Aizawl, Mizoram celebrated the Indian Independence Day with the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Lal Thanhawla.

The CM Lal Thanhawla is not only a sport lover, he is the founder president of the Mizoram Football Association and actively watches football matches at the local grounds.

Today, before the final match of the Independence Day Football Tournament in Aizawl in which the AIFF Elite Academy U-19 boys were also one of the participants, the Chief Minister of Minister met the AIFF Elite Academy U-19 team and wished them the very best in their next outing for the U-19 SAFF Cup and AFC U-19 Championship qualifiers.

Lal Thanhawla also thanked the AIFF for having confidence in the infrastructure of the state and send their team to Mizoram to participate in the tournament as a part of their training for upcoming important international competitions.
