All India Football Federation congratulates “Dronacharya” Syed Shahid Hakim

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) congratulated Syed Shahid Hakim for being awarded the Dronacharya Award for his lifetime contribution to Indian football.

Hakim, who was part of the Indian National Team in the 1960 Rome Olympics has also been an accomplished FIFA Referee besides being the National Team’s Assistant Coach.

AIFF General Secretary Kushal Das in his message said: “Hakim-saab has been an inspiration to many Footballers over the years. He has been a versatile personality. He fully deserves the Award. Congratulations.”
