Dipendu Biswas donate Rs. 50,000 to young footballer Rahul Das

Mohammedan Sporting Club Football Committee Chairman Dipendu Biswas has donated Rs. 50,000 to former ATK Junior Team goalkeeper Rahul Das for his treatment.

The young shot-stoper, who idolize former Mohammedan Sporting custodian Priyant Singh, last year has joined ISL franchise ATK’s Junior Team which plays the lower division of Calcutta Football League and torn his ligament while playing a practice match against Calcutta Customs. After months of wrong treatment followed by a failed surgery made the matter worse for Rahul who now almost have his career ended.

However, Rahul refuse to bow and still dream of returning to the field despite not being able to walk under his own power. Biswas has wished him good luck and also assured all kinds of assistance in future.
