24-member Paraguay U-17 squad travel to Germany ahead of FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017

Paraguay U-17 head coach Gustavo Morínigo has announced a 24-member squad which will travel to Germany tomorrow for a final preparation camp ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017. The squad will be reduced to 21 players during the camp in Germany.

Paraguay will play four friendly matches in Germany which will help Morínigo to prepare his squad for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Group B matches to be played at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. “La Albirrojita” will face Mali (October 6), New Zealand (October 9) and Turkey (October 12) in the group stage.

The team will board their flight to Germany at the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport in Asunción on Saturday (September 16) at 5.30 am local time. The final 21-member squad will head directly to India from Germany.
