Chennaiyin FC to have pre-season camp in Thailand

Chennaiyin FC is set to travel to Thailand for a three week pre-season camp starting from Wednesday 11th October.

The 2015 Indian Super League (ISL) champions will depart from Chennai in the early hours of Wednesday morning. CFC’s training base will be at True Arena, Hua Hin, which is 125 miles away from the capital Bangkok.

Chennayin FC started their pre-season preparations at SDAT Nehru Park from Monday October 2nd. 26 players including all eight foreigners trained for ten days in Chennai under the guidance of head coach John Gregory and his coaching staff.

CFC is expected to play four friendly matches in Thailand and will return to India on November 2nd to continue their preparations for season four of the Hero Indian Super League. Their first match is a home fixture against FC Goa at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Sunday November 19th.
