India move up to 97th in FIFA World Ranking

India has moved up two spots in the latest edition of the FIFA World Ranking released by the governing body of football today. The Indian national team is now ranked 97th in the world and 15th in Asia with 354 points.

Meanwhile, Germany (1533 points) remain at the top of the rankings ahead of Brazil (1384 points). Belgium climbed two ranks to secure a place in the Top 3, while ousting Portugal and Argentina to 4th and 5th respectively.

The next FIFA World Ranking will be published on May 17, 2018.
