Germany announce final 23-member FIFA World Cup squad

Germany head coach Joachim Löw has announced his final 23-member squad for the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018.

Löw has decided to to drop goalkeeper Bernd Leno, defender Jonathan Tah, midfielder Leroy Sané und striker Nils Petersen from the preliminary squad his went down to Austria in a preparation match on Saturday.

The German FA (DFB) have submitted the final Germany squad list to football’s world-governing body FIFA earlier today.

Germany will take on Saudi Arabia in their final preparation match at the BayArena in Leverkusen on Friday.
