Spain’s national coach Julen Lopetegui announced new Real Madrid coach

LaLiga giants Real Madrid CF have announced the appointment of Spanish national team head coach Julen Lopetegui as their new head coach. Lopetegui had only extended his contract with ‘La Furja Roja’ on May 22, 2018 until 2020 but with an exit clause, which he is now using to join Real Madrid after the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Julen Lopetegui will be the Real Madrid coach after the celebration of the 2018 World Cup.

Real Madrid CF announce that Julen Lopetegui will be the coach of the first team during the next three seasons.

Julen Lopetegui will join the club after Spain’s participation in the World Cup, after two years leading the national team.
