The 2018/19 Allianz Frauen-Bundesliga (Women’s Bundesliga) will kick-off on September 15 and 16, as defending champions VfL Wolfsburg take on 1. FFC Frankfurt in the opening match.
Runners-up FC Bayern Munich will travel to newly promoted Bayer 04 Leverkusen on Matchday 1, while MSV Duisburg and SGS Essen face each other in a Ruhr Valley derby on September 16.
