Exciting UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying draw conducted in Dublin

The qualifying draw for the UEFA EURO 2020 took place in Dublin today. A total of 55 teams have been splitted into ten groups of either five or six; and four of the five groups of five will contain one team that has qualified for the UEFA Nations League finals (to be held in June 2019).

The UEFA EURO 2020 will be played in 12 countries with 24 teams to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the tournament. Twenty places will be decided by the qualifying group stage, with the top two in each section advancing. The remaining four spots go to the winners of a new play-off system linked to the UEFA Nations League.

The UEFA EURO 2020 European Qualifiers will kick-off with Matchday 1 on March 21 to 23.
