Now that match operations have resumed in the top three divisions, the DFB has adjusted the overall schedule for the final matches of the 2019-20 season. The dates for the play-offs between the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 and between Bundesliga 2 and 3. Liga have thus also been set.
The third-from-bottom in the Bundesliga and the third-from-top in Bundesliga 2 will meet on Thursday, 2 July, for the first leg play-off and on Monday, 6 July, for the return fixture.
The play-offs between the third-from-bottom in Bundesliga 2 and the third-from-top in 3. Liga will take place on Tuesday, 7 July, and Saturday, 11 July. Having been interrupted by the coronavirus, play in 3. Liga will end on match day 38 on 4 July.
