Football Association of Odisha mourns the death of Bir Bahadur Singh

The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) informed that Bir Bahdur Singh, popularly known as Bachan, breathed his last at 5.30pm on Sunday at the Vikash Hospital, Baragarh.

He was 64 years old, died of a massive cardiac arrest, and is survived by his wife.

Bir Bahadur Singh was a resident of Samablpur and he had represented the Odisha State Team in 1980 Santosh Trophy and played for numerous clubs in Odisha.

Bir Bahadur Singh retired as the principal of L.N. College, Jharsuguda.

FAO secretary Asirbad Behera and all the FAO office bearers expressed their deep condolence on his demise.
