UEFA Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draws held in Nyon

The draw ceremony for the 2019-20 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final took place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland today.

Atalanta (ITA), Atlético Madrid (ESP), Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) and RB Leipzig (GER) have already advanced to the quarter-finals before the COVID-19 break, while four Round of 16 ties are still to be concluded.

The four Round of 16 matches are as follows:
Chelsea FC (ENG) vs FC Bayern Munich (GER)
SSC Napoli (ITA) vs FC Barcelona (ESP)
Real Madrid CF (ESP) vs Manchester City FC (ENG)
Olympique Lyon (FRA) vs Juventus (ITA)

The UEFA Champions League draw ceremony witnessed three draws: For the quarter-finals; for the semi-finals, pitting together quarter-final ties; and then a third to determine the ‘home’ side in the final for administrative reasons.

Quarter-finals
QF 1: Real Madrid CF (ESP) / Manchester City FC (ENG) vs Olympique Lyon (FRA) / Juventus (ITA)
QF 2: RB Leipzig (GER) vs Atlético Madrid (ESP)
QF 3: SSC Napoli (ITA) / FC Barcelona (ESP) vs Chelsea FC (ENG) / FC Bayern Munich (GER)
QF 4: Atalanta (ITA) vs Paris Saint-Germain (FRA)

Semi-finals
SF 1: Winner QF 1  vs Winner QF 3
SF 2: Winner QF 2 vs Winner QF 4

Final
Winner SF 2 vs Winner SF 1

The 2019-20 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will be played as a straight knockout tournament in Lisbon, Portugal in August. All these ties will be single-leg fixtures and will be played at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica and Estádio José Alvalade.

The final is scheduled to take place at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica on August 23.
