Turbine Potsdam unveil Katjes as new shirt sponsor

1. FFC Turbine Potsdam have announced an exclusive partnership with German confectionery company Katjes. The FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga side will sport the logo of Katjes on their shirts in the forthcoming 2020-21 season.

Katjes, one of Germany’s leading confectionery companies, was founded in 1950 and their product portfolio consists of a wide range of vegetarian sweets. The company runs a factory in Potsdam Babelsberg since 2006 and they have announced plans for an expansion of their production in the capital of Brandenburg State.

Tobias Bachmüller, Managing Partner, Katjes said: “Turbine Potsdam as a women’s football club is promoting talent for years. The numerous call-ups of young Turbine players to the various youth national teams is a recognition of this unique philosophy. We, together with Turbine Potsdam, are happy to raise the level of women’s football in Germany with young talents.”
