Avilash Paul extends ATK Mohun Bagan contract until 2024

Indian Super League champions ATK Mohun Bagan FC have announced that their goalkeeper Avilash Paul has extended his contract until summer 2024.

25 year old Avilash Paul is a product of the Pune FC Football Academy and also played his first professional game for the senior team of Pune FC in the 2014/15 season. A year on he joined Second Division League side Gangtok Himalayan SC before joining Kolkata giants East Bengal Club in 2016 before spending time on loan with Second Division League side Kenkre FC.

In 2017, Avilash joined then I-League champions Aizawl FC and he was one of their outstanding players that seasong playing in the I-League, AFC Champions League qualifiers and AFC Cup.

In 2018, ATK signed Avilash as their third keeper which he has been over the last two seasons making three appearances.

Avilash Paul said, “I am delighted to have signed for ATK Mohun Bagan FC. I look forward to continuing my development at the club and facing the challenges that lie ahead.”
