I-League side Tiddim Road Athletic Union (TRAU) FC have announced the contract extension of midfielder Konsam Phalguni Singh.
25 year old Manipur-born Konsam Phalguni Singh came through the local scene before playing for NISA in the Manipur State League. Phalguni then shifted to TRAU, where he played MSL and the Second Division League and then rejoined for their first I-League campaign.
Konsam Phalguni Singh said, “When I joined TRAU FC the officials of the club guided us in a very motivative way. In the first season of Second Division League at TRAU the secretary of the club T. Phulen Meetei and the officials believed in me and gave the captaincy belt to me.”
In my first season at I-League I was inspired with a challenge to compete with the international players and TRAU gave me the plaform to proof myself,” Phalguni Singh added.
