NorthEast United FC sign midfielder Khassa Camara

Indian Super League franchise NorthEast United FC have announced the signing of Mauritania midfielder Khassa Camara ahead of the 2020/21 season.

27 year old Châtenay-Malabry-born Khassa Camara played his youth football in France where he came through the youth system of ES Troyes AC, where he made it through the ‘B’ team into the senior team.

Khassa Camara spend time on loan with Union Sportive de Boulogne-sur-Mer Côte d’Opale before moving to Greek side Ergotelis, whom he soon left to join Greek rivals Xanthi FC, where he spend the last four seasons.

Khassa Camara, who has played his international football for Mauritania, now leaves Europe to move to India to join NorthEast United FC.
