Emotional fans in the cities of Kolkata and Kannur mourn the passing of Argentine footballer Diego Maradona, who is revered as their “legend” and even “God”. Tributes flock in on streets and at the football giant’s statue in Kolkata, while Hotel Blue Nile in Kannur is setting up a museum in the room Maradona stayed in during his visit in 2012.
