AFC Women’s Football Day celebrated at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar

The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) and Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha celebrated the AFC Women’s Football Day at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.

Football Association of Odisha and Sports and Youth Services, Government of Odisha felicitated the Women football players who had represented India and made the state of Odisha proud.

The players were felicitated on the occasion of AFC Women’s Football Day at Kalinga Stadium at the ongoing Odisha Women’s League.

Bhaktaballav Das (Treasurer, FAO) felicitated 13 former international footballers in Sradhanjali Samantaray, Sasmita Malik, Gitanjali Khuntia, Gayatri Malik, Mamata Samanta, Alochana Senapati, Sudipta Dash, Ranjita Mohanty, Supriya Routray, Lochana Munda, Bijaylaxmi Sahoo, Manisha Panna, Swarnapriya Samal, and Tikina Samal.

The FAO’s Asirbad Behera expressed his warm wishes to all the women footballers on the occasion of the AFC Women’s Football Day on International Women’s Day.
