East Coast Railway, Rising Student Club and Sports Hostel claim three points

The FAO Odisha Women’s League continued today with three high-scoring fixtures.

East Coast Railway registered a 4-1 win against SAI-STC. Supriya Routray (52′, 85′), Tara Khatoon (57′) and Sonali Behera (75′) scored the goals for East Coast Railway, while Deepa Nayak (90’+1′) scored the lone goal for SAI-STC.

The second match of the day ended in a 3-1 win for Rising Student Club against Odisha Police. Rising Student Club’s Satyabati Khadia (36′, 80′, 90’+5′) scored a hat-trick. Krishma Oram (45’+2′) had scored the equaliser for Odisha Police moments before the half-time break.

Sports Hostel hammered OGP Club in a 5-1 win in the last fixture of the day. The goal scorers for Sports Hostel were Sumitra
Hembram (20′), Bannya Kabiraj (42′), Susmita Tanty (70′) and Manisha Naik (18′, 76′). Animi Kirtika Kumari reduced the margin with a goal in the 21st minute.
