The Stripes of Old are revived in Atlético de Madrid home kit

Atlético de Madrid’s 2021-22 home kit commemorates the 75th anniversary of the club’s current name, reimagining the first red and white kit design under Club Atlético de Madrid in 1947.

That historic 1947 kit featured a central white stripe that returns in this new design. The front of the shirt also features a huge letter “A” created by the central red stripes, another tribute to Atlético de Madrid. Navy blue shorts combined with blue and white striped socks complete the look. The new kits that players will wear on the pitch as well as the replica jerseys for the fans are constructed with 100% recycled polyester fabric, made from recycled plastic bottles.

The 21/22 Atletico Madrid home kit will be available to Nike Members from nike.com and Atletico Madrid retail channels from July 5 and on full retail from July 12.
