Video – Full Match: Brazil WNT 6-1 India WNT

The Indian Women’s national team kicked off their Torneio Internacional de Futebol Feminino campaign with a historical match against hosts Brazil at the Arena da Amazônia in Manaus, Brazil on November 25, 2021. The match between India and Brazil was the first ever clash between these two countries at senior level (both men’s and women’s).

India went down 1-6 to Brazil, but displayed a brave performance against one of the giants of world football. Manisha Kalyan scored the goals for India, while Debora Oliveira, Giovana Costa, Ariadina Borges, Kerolin Ferraz and Geyse Ferreira found the back of the net for the hosts.
