India U-23 to face Pakistan in two friendly matches

The India U-23 national team will face the Pakistan U-23 national team in two friendly matches in August.

The two matches in preparation for the 17th Incheon Asian Games 2014 in September will be played at the Bangalore Football Stadium on August 17 and August 20.

The 30-member Indian contingent under head coach Wim Koevermans will be having their training camp in Bangalore from July 1 onwards.

The three seniors in the squad of U-23 players are Sunil Chhetri, Robin Singh and Francis Fernandes.

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) will also provide an exposure tour for the team after the two friendlies.
