Rohan Bopanna (IND) and Aisam-UI-Haq Qureshi (PAK) had a good start to their campaign in the doubles competition of the GERRY WEBER OPEN 2011 in Halle (Westfalen), Germany.

The duo, popularly known as the ‘Indo-Pak Express’, faced Ivan Dodig (CRO) and Alexandr Dolgopolov (UKR) in Round 1 of the doubles main draw today.

The number one seeded pair of Bopanna/Qureshi had an easy match on Court 3 and they registered a 7:5, 6:4 win against Dodig/Dolgopolov.

Bopanna/Qureshi are scheduled to face Dustin Brown (GER) and Gael Monfils (FRA) in Round 2 at Halle.

The match will be played tomorrow.
