The Federation Cup 2011 will kick-off later today, when Kolkata’s Mohammedan Sporting take on Ar-Hima in the first match of the preliminary phase.

The teams in the preliminary stage have been divided into two groups and the winner of each group will advance to the final stage. The finals will be hosted in Kolkata and Pune from September 17 onwards.
