Indian team sweating it out in Kathmandu

The Indian national team had its first training session in Kathmandu ahead of the AFC Challenge Cup 2012 earlier today.

India coach Savio Medeira asked his 23 players to sweat it out in a two hour long session at the Nepal Police Headquarters Ground.

Savio used to the occassion to give his players a first feeling of the climate in the Nepalese capital and to acclimatize to the high altitude.

The Indian team will face Tajikistan in the first group stage match on Friday.
