Munich 2012: Public screening at Olympiastadion

UEFA Champions League Finals 2012

The UEFA will be organising the first-ever official public screening of a UEFA Champions League final, when German giants FC Bayern Munich take on English side Chelsea FC at the Allianz Arena on May 19.

The official live public screening of the final will be staged at the Olympiastadion, the venue of the UEFA Women’s Champions League final (May 17), as part of the four-day UEFA Champions Festival. The public screening will offer football fans a chance to witness the UEFA Champions League final in Bayern’s former home venue along with thousands of other fans.

The tickets for the public screening are priced at 5 € apiece, which will help cover organisational, security and administrative expenses at the venue. Each applicant can purchase a maximum of four tickets, while the capacity of the Olympiastadion will be 65,000 for the screening.

The gates are scheduled to open at 18.30 CET, followed by live musical entertainment prior to kick-off at 20.45 CET.

Fans interested to attend the official public screening may purchase tickets at www.muenchenticket.de, the different retail stores and sales points, and through the Munich Ticket call centre on +49-89-54818181.
