India probables named for SAFF Women’s Championship

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has named 45 probables for the SAFF Women’s Championship 2013 preparatory camp. The SAFF Women’s Championship is scheduled to kick-off in Sri Lanka on September 1.

The Indian women’s national team will start its preparations at the Sports Authority of India – Eastern Centre in Kolkata under the supervision of head coach Shahid Jabbar from July 16 to 31.

Jabbar will cut down the probables list after the camp to 30 players, before the remaining players go into a second camp at the same venue from August 1 to 31.

The final India squad for the the SAFF Women’s Championship 2013 will be named after the second camp.
