The Indian national team has shifted its 2012 Nehru Cup preparation camp to the Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida per schedule on Thursday. Head coach Wim Koevermans and his 27-member squad left Bangalore after the first leg of the camp.

“We have had a fruitful training session in Bangalore so far. The boys have been cooperative and have displayed great attitude,” Koevermans told. “As we shift base to Delhi-NCR, we will be training at the Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida. Hopefully the weather stays good as the last week stays very crucial.”

The Indian team was forced to shift is base to Bangalore due to torrential rain in Greater Noida in early August.

India will kick-off the 2012 Nehru Cup against Syria on August 22.
