The Indian U16 national team has kicked-off its 2012 AFC U16 Championship campaign earlier today [+ read more]. The team coached by Colm Toal had a three-week long training camp in Dubai ahead of the tournament.

Colm Toal started his work in India six years ago and he has made his experiences with Indian football.

Kerala’s “Manorama News” TV channel met Colm Toal, assistant coach Thomas Joseph and the Indian U16 team during their training camp in Dubai.

Colm Toal stated his disappointment about the lack of new talents from Kerala in the national set-up in the past few years, the current situation of infrastructure in the country and of course the 2012 AFC U16 Championship.
