Brazilian football superstar and former FIFA Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, commonly known as Ronaldinho, has arrived in Pune today.

The 32 year old former Brazilian international arrived in the city to announce the launch of his upcoming movie project produced by Bala Entertainment International, which is owned by the Venky’s who also happen to own EPL side Blackburn Rovers.

The movie will be an animated blockbuster comparable to “Space Jam” (1996) featuring basketball legend Michael “Air” Jordan.

Ronaldinho will face the media along with Balaji Rao (Managing Director, Bala Entertainment International) at a function at the Le Méridien hotel on Friday.

Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is also expected to attend the event tomorrow.
