Mumbai FC midfielder Dane Lloyd Pereira has failed a dope test during the course of the on-going Hero I-League 2014-15.
Pereira has tested positive in a dope test conducted by the National Anti Doping Agency (NADA). The Mumbai FC player is banned from playing professional football until further notice.
The tested substances can usually serve as performance-enhancing drugs, hence they have been banned in sports.
