An AFC A-License Certificate Course was conducted at Duler Stadium, Mapusa and ended on April 17, 2015. The course commenced on March 22, 2015 and was conducted by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) in association with the Goa Football Association (GFA).

The course instructor was Fahad Ahmed Yusuf Maki Almukharreq from Bahrain, and he was assisted by Abdulla Hussain from the UAE. Anthony Lobo was the local course coordinator. The course extended over a period of 27 days and involved a series of practical and theoretical sessions followed by assessments and dissertation.
