One of the UK’s leading sports experience companies, GlobalGames Sports has signed up to provide a host of interactive activations at the upcoming Soccerex Football Festival, taking place at Old Granada Studios, Manchester on 5-6 September.

Signing up as event supporters, GlobalGames Sports will be bringing a number of engaging features to this year’s festival including an Inflatable Speed Cage, an Inflatable PowerSave, the Chiperoo Challenge, Head to Head Reaction Dribbling Floor and Target Tyres, all aimed at finding the most powerful, skilful and accurate footballer in Manchester.

GlobalGames Sports is a sports experience consultancy that delivers exceptional sporting experiences through activation events and have worked with the likes of Manchester City, the Rugby Football Union, Fulham FC, British Athletics and many more.

This year’s festival will also be host to the UK & Ireland Freestyle Football Championships with big names such as 3x World Champion and 5x UK Champion Andrew Henderson and 16 year old freestyle sensation Liv Cooke competing. The competitors will be competing head-to-head to try and be crowned the most skilful trickster in the UK & Ireland.

The Festival, currently in its second year in Manchester, is growing in size and will be spread across three distinct areas, covering 1,600+ sqm. Free to attend, visitors will be treated to a 3-on-3 legends tournament, featuring the likes of Jay-Jay Okocha and Gaizka Mendieta, Panna Cages and freestyle tutorials with the likes of Sean Garnier & STR Skill School.

The Soccerex Football Festival has previously been held on the Jumeirah beach in Dubai, Nelson Mandela Square in Johannesburg and Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro.
