The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) conducted a Referee Refresher Course at Phulbani on September 3 and 4, 2015. The AIFF-FAO Referee Refresher Course was organized jointly by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and FAO.

Pradeep Nag (Dy Chairman, Referees Committee, AIFF) and Susant Ch. Mohanty (Referee Instructor, AIFF) were the instructors of the AIFF-FAO Referee Refresher Course. A total of 33 Candidates from various parts of Odisha participated in the course.

Siba Prasad Tripathy (Hon’y Secretary, DAA Phulbani) and Kamal Kanta Pandey (Working President) were the dignitaries who were present at the AIFF-FAO Referee Refresher Course.
