Mohammedan Sporting Club will face former champions Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB) in the semifinal of the 19th Bodoland Martyrs Gold Cup on Friday (November 23, 2018) at KDSA Ground in Bodoland, Assam, kick-off 7 pm.

Although Black Panthers defeated Daimalu FC, Udalguri 2-1 in the quarterfinal on Tuesday, coach Ragunath Nandy has admitted that his team were not at their best, but they did what needed to be done in order to get a result.

“In a tournament like this we have to be adapted to every situation. We have to be mentally ready because our aim is to qualify to the next round. Every match is different according to the situation. We will use the suitable strategy. We need to win and make our fans satisfied. I receive messages from fans who say they are happy with Mohammedan SC’s performance, and this makes us stronger,” he said.
