In a great initiative, YFC and the Punjab Football Associatin (PFA) have come together to host baby leagues for boys and girls in the Rurka village, near Jalandhar, Punjab from November 25, 2018.

The AIFF Baby League is giving opportunities to kids across four age groups – U-7, U-9, U-11 and U-13. Across all the age groups, the YFC Baby League features 32 teams and 319 players.

Each of the age groups has eight teams competing against each other for the top prize.

The tournament, that spans for around three months will also feature 30 female coaches and 10 female referees, ensuring the growth of football in the state from the grassroots level.
