The Football Players Association of India (FPAI) will be holding their annual Indian Football Awards on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in the Sikkim capital Gangtok.

In good news for the football fans in Sikkim, the FPAI Indian Football Awards 2019 will see the presence of Indian football captain Sunil Chhetri, India international defender Sandesh Jhingan, FPAI founding president Baichung Bhutia and current FPAI president Renedy Singh amongst numerous current and former Indian footballers.

The FPAI is organising the FPAI Indian Football Awards 2019 together with the Football Players’ Association of Sikkim (FPAS) and would see an FPAI XI taking on an FPAS XI in an exhibition match at the Paljor Stadium in Gangtok.

The full list of awards to be handed out in Gangtok will be communicated by the FPAI in due course.
