I-League side TRAU (Tiddim Road Athletic Union) FC have announced the signing of Brazilian midfielder Helder Lobato Ribeiro for the 2020/21 season.

32 year old Helder Lobato Ribeiro born in the State of Para, played football locally and made his senior debut for São Raimundo EC before joining Brazilian giants São Paulo FC.

Thereafter he moved to Asia to play for Jordanian side Al Wehdat (2015/16), Indonesian side Borneo FC (2017), Kuwaiti side Burgan SC (2017) and Al-Shabab (2018–20). Now Helder moves to India.

Helder Lobato said, “I am very happy to come to India and join TRAU FC. I will give my best to the club for the upcoming season and hope we will merge as champions. Go Red Python!”
