Karnataka State FA to conduct AIFF-D License Coaching Course in August

The Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) is set to organise an AIFF-D License Coaching Course from August 16 to 21, 2021 at the KSFA Football Stadium in Bengaluru for interested youngsters above the age of 18 who want to coach in football.

The AIFF-D License Coaching Course provides the ideal introduction to football coaching.

The five day residential coaching course from August 16 to 21 will comprise of theory and practical elements, and is open to any person over 18 years of age having football playing experience, a passion for football, an interest in coaching and the motivation to improve skills and understanding.

• Principles of Play
• Age Specific Training
• Coaching Children
• Nutrition For Football
• Injury Prevention & Management
• law of the game
• Hygiene, Sports Safety & Injury Prevention
• Health Care for Footballer
• Emergency first aid
• Children ensuring safety in football

Candidates are required to keep a log-book, recording the development of their individual action plan and details of planning, preparing and evaluating training sessions.

The course would be conducted by an AIFF qualified instructor.
