Mumbai FC will be selling the match tickets of all home games online for the I-League season 2014-15 via The Football Mind portal. This is the first time Mumbai are selling their tickets online.

Mumbai will be playing at The Cooperage Football Stadium after a five-year hiatus. With a sea of demand for tickets online, Mumbai FC aims to serve this purpose for the spectators.

Mumbai FC, Deputy Vice-President Atul Badgamia said, “We want to provide easy access to our fans to buy the tickets. Our partnership with The Football Mind will help this cause. Easing ticket availability is the biggest factor to bring crowd to the stadium.”

He added, “This is the first time we are doing this. We are back at The Cooperage and the entire footballing fraternity has been waiting for this moment. We expect Mumbaikars to come and create a roaring atmosphere for their own city club, Mumbai FC.”

Pranesh Krishnamurthy, CEO, The Football Mind, added, “The Football Mind aims at taking football in India online and creating a networking community that helps to recognize growing talent from all levels and aspects of the game. We look at Mumbai as a key player in transforming Indian football through their various grassroots initiatives. In this sense our partnership is a great step for both our Organizations in the right direction.”

Mumbai play their first game at home against Sporting Clube de Goa on February 8, 2015.

Tickets are available at www.mumbaifc.com and www.thefootballmind.com/teams/mumbai-fc.
