The MDFA – Mumbai District Football Association, is requesting all the participating teams of the MDFA Under-12 and Under-14 Youth League’s to submit the players’ documents in the MDFA Office (St. Xavier’s Ground – Parel) before April 5, 2018.
The documents which need to be submitted are: School ID, School Calendar, Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card. Failing to provide the documents will prevent the player to participate in the U-12 and U-14 Youth League’s.
As for the MDFA Women’s League participating teams, the MDFA are requesting all participating teams to submit the registration form and entry fees at MDFA Office (St. Xavier’s Ground – Parel) before April 5, 2018. Failing to complete the formalities will prevent the team to participate in the MDFA Women’s League.
