India remains 97th in latest FIFA World Ranking

The Indian national team has retained its ranking in the November edition of the FIFA World Ranking released by the governing body of world football today.

India is ranked 97th in the world and 15th in Asia with 1240 points to secure a spot ahead of the Faroe Islands, Palestine and Vietnam.

Meanwhile, Belgium (1727 points) remain top of the latest FIFA World Ranking, although the gap between the Red Devils, France (2nd) and Brazil (3rd) has narrowed over the past month.

2014 FIFA World Cup winner Germany have droppes two spots adding more misery to a disastrous year for “Die Mannschaft”. Joachim Löw’s team is now ranked 16th (11th in Europe).

The next FIFA World Ranking will be published on December 20, 2018.
